- You must create a new, fresh id of Gmail.
- After Making the Gmail Fresh, New Id go to Blogger
- Sign in using that Gmail Id.
- Do the Steps Shown On The Pictures
- Click On The New Blog Button
- Select Title For Your Blog
- Select Address For Your Blog
- Select A Theme/Template For Your Blog
